Yes, cancel from your account settings and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are final, with exceptions only for a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total service failure, as described in our refund policy.
An upgrade to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly charges the price difference immediately, and the new plan starts as soon as that payment succeeds.
Annual invoice payment is available on the Enterprise plan billed yearly, and other plans pay by card.
One personnel record is one person with unescorted physical or logical access to CJI that you track in the register, including vendor staff and contractors.
